Our chalet "Le Gypaète" is located in Sixt Fer a cheval (Grand Massif Ski Area), arround 1 hour from Geneva Airport

We are part of the Grand Massif Ski area, the fourth largest ski domaine in France.

 

We propose 1 or 2 flats 

9 bedrooms en suite chalet (toilets, lavabo, shower),

We are french independent owner chalet with 15 years of experience in hospitality business (hotel, restaurant, skichalet).

 

we've got a huge living space on the ground floor (150 m2) with american pool table, salon, pellet stuning stove, dinner room for 25 persons, semi professional kitchen, baby foot, dart game, Wireless Internet, Satellite TV, heated ski and boot storage, sauna

1st floor : small fitness room

2sd floor, we have a video projector linked to xbox, wiiu and dvd player, or your laptop. There is also a ping pong table

Located at 100 meters from the first skislope (20 km), kid ski area, skipass office.

There is a skibus stop at also 100 meters from the chalet. This shuttle use to link from early morning to end of skitime Sixt from Samoens main ski lift departure but also to the village center and all the other villages of the Grand Massif Domain. There is more than 1 shuttle /hour.

The skiing way back to the chalet from the Grand Massif is easy by the beautiful «piste des Cascades» (14 kms -blue) begining  in Flaine and arrive in Sixt ski domain…only 100 meters walked to arrive at home !

you can also rent the chalet as a self catered and then the price included full access to the chalet, set for bathrooms towels, beds and kitchen, housekeeping at the end of your stay.
